1. HOW TO PLAY: : Beginning October 29, 2007 at 12:00:01 AM Central Time ("CT") through November 18, 2007 at 11:59:59 PM CT, go to www.unlockxbox.com ("Website"), log-in to your account and vote for your favorite Doritos® Unlock Xbox Finalist. Once you have picked your favorite, you will be automatically notified if you are a winner, subject to verification. If you receive a message that contains any message other than a winning prize message, you are not a prize winner. Limit one vote per person and/or registration per day. You must be a registered member of the Website in order to participate. Registration is free. If you are not a registered member of the Website, you may register by clicking on the registration icon on the Website.

2. TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Follow the on-screen instructions in order to claim a prize.

3. PRIZES, ODDS AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (UNCLAIMED/UNREDEEMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED): (21) Daily Prizes Available. Each winner gets an Xbox 360 Elite console, 2,000 MSN Points, a one (1) year Xbox Live Gold membership, a Halo 3 branded Zune, a Halo 3 Xbox 360 game (in the event a winner is less than 18 years of age, this portion of the prize will be substituted with an age appropriate game title), a 32" plasma television, and ten (10) Xbox 360 titles (of Sponsors' choosing). Odds of winning a prize are based not only upon the number of eligible plays received each day (a day is defined as any 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01 AM (CT) and ending at 11:59:59 PM (CT)), but also the time in which the game is played. The approximate retail value of each prize package is $3,285. The approximate retail value of all prizes is $68,985. 4. All claims subject to verification. Material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsors and will not be returned. If due to a printing, production, typographical, human or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, the prizes will be awarded from among all verified and validated prize claims received at each level. In no event will more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Decisions of Judges are final and binding. Limit one prize per person.

5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Game is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible: employees, contractors, directors and officers of Frito-Lay, Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Microsoft's Third Party Game Developer(s) and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, web designers, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of the instant win game (collectively, the "Contest Parties") and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and spouse or "step" of each) and those living in the same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the instant win game) of each such employee, contractor, director or officer. Void where prohibited by law. Winner may forfeit prize if Sponsors are unable to contact him or her within seven (7) days of first attempted notification or if winner does not follow all instructions for claiming a prize. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize for an item of equal or greater value if an advertised prize or any portion of an advertised prize is unavailable. The prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from Sponsors, express or implied, without limitation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this instant win game. Potential winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where legally permissible a Publicity Release within 7 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event a potential winner is less than the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction, all documents must be signed by the winner's parent or legal guardian on his/her behalf. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsors and their agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsors, the Contest Entities and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Instant Win Game or use or receipt of any prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the instant win game or in the announcement of the prize.

6. INTERNET: Sponsors are not responsible for lost or late entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of registration materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the instant win game is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this instant win game, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the instant win game. Sponsors reserve the right to select winners from all persons registered on the Website as of the termination date. Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the instant win game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned.
